Your local gutter crew in North Fort Myers

Just across the Caloosahatchee from downtown Fort Myers, North Fort Myers is a community of established single-family homes, riverfront properties and well-kept manufactured-home neighborhoods. Many of these homes have been here for decades, which means original gutters that have long since worn out — or were never installed at all. With the river so close and the summer rains so heavy, that leaves fascia, soffit and foundations exposed.

We're right across the water in Fort Myers, so North Fort Myers is practically our backyard, and we can get out fast. We install seamless 6-inch gutters formed on-site, repair the rotted soffit and fascia that older homes here often need, and add gutter guards to handle the mature tree canopy. As always, it's a free estimate, no deposit, a single-day install on most homes, and a lifetime workmanship guarantee — at a price we'll beat any competitor on.

Gutter guards and gutter covers in North Fort Myers

Older lots on the north bank of the Caloosahatchee tend to carry big trees, and a gutter under a full canopy can clog after a single windy afternoon. A gutter guard or gutter cover from us is mesh fitted to our 6-inch troughs, so rain drops through while leaves sit on top and blow off.

Guards cut down how often you need a cleaning, but they do not end it. Pollen and fine grit can coat the mesh over time, and a quick rinse once in a while restores full flow.

If the troughs are already packed with leaves, we clean them out before fitting the guards, so you start with a clear system. Separate gutter cleaning is there for homes that would rather skip guards altogether.

Fascia board installation for North Fort Myers homes

When a house has gone years with failing gutters, or none at all, the fascia board usually pays for it first. We handle fascia board repair and installation, cutting out the rotted lengths and fitting new board before a single hanger goes on.

New gutters screwed into soft wood would pull loose in the first strong storm, which is why the board always comes first on our jobs.

Soffit panels that have sagged or pulled loose get replaced on the same trip, which closes off the openings where pests and blown-in rain reach the attic.

Seamless gutters for North Fort Myers site-built and manufactured homes

North Fort Myers mixes manufactured-home communities with site-built houses, and each roofline needs its own layout. We form seamless gutters on site to the exact length of every run, using heavy-duty 6-inch troughs and 3×4-inch downspouts that move far more water than a standard 5-inch system.

Heavy-duty hangers and reinforced fastening keep the troughs tight to the house in Florida wind. Baked-on colors are matched to your trim, and the old gutters come down and leave with us at no extra charge.

Aluminum carports in North Fort Myers

Whether you live off US 41 or Business 41, a covered spot keeps the car, boat or golf cart out of the sun and rain. We build aluminum carports, with an optional shed if you want storage at the same time.

Because North Fort Myers is unincorporated, the permit runs through Lee County rather than a city office. We handle that paperwork, and every carport is engineered to Florida Building Code wind-load rules.

Screen enclosures for North Fort Myers lanais

A screened porch or pool cage gets a lot of use here, and the mesh wears out long before the aluminum does. For screen enclosures in North Fort Myers, we build new, replace an enclosure frame and all, or simply re-screen a sound frame.

Most single-story lanais are re-screened in a day, and we pull the Lee County permit whenever a new or replacement structure needs one.

Gutter repair and downspouts in North Fort Myers

Not every problem calls for a whole new system. Our gutter repair service fixes sagging runs, leaking seams and corners, clogged downspouts and storm damage, and we will tell you honestly when a run is past saving.

Downspouts are where a lot of water trouble starts, so we place them to send runoff away from the foundation, the slab and the planting beds.

Up US 41 we also work in Port Charlotte, and out along the river in LaBelle.

I called several local gutter companies, and WWJD Gutters was the only one to get back to me promptly — same day. They showed up at 8:30 AM and in three hours ripped off old gutters, installed new gutters all the way around the house, repaired soffit, and even removed a satellite dish. They cleaned up the workspace before leaving. I have absolutely no complaints.

I reached out to several companies and he was the first to actually come out and give me a quote when he said he would. Great fair price. Russell even took care of some minor soffit issues for me while doing the gutter estimate.

Thanks to the owner Russell and his crew for going the extra mile to find a gutter metal supplier to match my new standing-seam metal roof color. Great job and price — both my wife and myself are very satisfied. From the Isles of Capri, Naples FL.
