Water is the common thread
Almost everything on this page traces back to the same cause. Water that was not directed away from the house found somewhere to sit, and given a few seasons of Florida sun and humidity it did what water does.
A gutter overflows at one corner, so the fascia behind it softens. The soffit below stains, then sags, then something moves into the attic. Runoff sheets down a wall instead of into a downspout, so the stucco at the base takes a constant soaking and starts to spall. Splash-back at grade works on the bottom course of siding until the trim behind it is pulp.
That is why a gutter company ends up doing exterior repair. We were already the people looking at where the water goes.

One crew, one schedule
The alternative to bundling is coordinating three or four contractors yourself, each with their own lead time, their own idea of when they will show up, and their own opinion that the problem belongs to one of the others. Meanwhile the damage carries on.
Handling the roofline, the enclosure and the wall surfaces as one scope means the sequencing is right, nothing gets closed up before the thing behind it is fixed, and there is one company to call if something is not right afterwards.
It also usually costs less, because the setup and access get paid for once instead of four times.
- A single written scope covering the whole job
- Correct sequencing, so nothing is closed over damage
- Access and setup paid for once
- One point of contact and one guarantee

What we tell you before we quote
The estimate is free and it comes with an honest read, including the parts that do not make us money. If a section is sound, we say so. If a repair will hold for years, we do not quote a replacement. If something is outside what we do, we will tell you that rather than learning on your house.
We have been working on Southwest Florida homes since 2007, we are licensed and insured to $2 million, and we do not take a deposit. Nothing is due until the work is finished and you are satisfied with it, and the workmanship carries a lifetime guarantee.
If you have a written quote from another contractor, bring it. We will beat it on the same scope of work.

That is usually the cheapest way to do it. Access and setup get paid for once instead of once per trade, the sequencing is correct so nothing gets closed up over unrepaired damage, and there is a single company standing behind the finished work.
Both. Gutters, soffit and fascia are our core roofline work, and we extend to the enclosure, carports and wall surfaces including stucco, siding and general exterior repair.

No. Estimates are free, and they include an honest assessment of what does not need doing. There is also no deposit, so nothing is due until the job is complete and you are happy with it.
Bring us the written quote and we will beat it on the same scope of work. The scope part matters, since the cheapest quotes often leave out the repair behind the visible problem.
